Event ID 4002 MSExchange Availability -- Free Busy issues

Currently we have been experiencing issues with Free busy. Domain A can't view free busy information on domain B, But domain B can view free busy information on Domain A. We have a cross forest trust setup between domain A and B. It looks like an authentication issue, but I cannot figure out where. The cross forest trust is working correctly. Any information to help me troubleshoot this would be great. The event log is below Process 2676[w3wp.exe:/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/owa-1-129279189581951258]: Proxy request CrossForest from Requester:S-1-5-21-76827678-1065564224-1624717140-37127 to https://mail.remoteserver/ews/exchange.asmx failed. Caller SIDs: S-1-5-21-76827678-1065564224-1624717140-37127. The exception returned is Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.ProxyWebRequestProcessingException: System.InvalidOperationException: Client found response content type of 'text/html', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with the error message: -- <html><head><title>Error</title></head><body>No authority could be contacted for authentication. </body></html> --. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.EndInvoke(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.Proxy.Service.EndGetUserAvailability(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.ProxyWebRequest.CompleteRequest(). The request information is ProxyWebRequest type = CrossForest, url = https://mail.remoteserver/ews/exchange.asmx Mailbox list = <name>SMTP:name@remotesite.com, <name>SMTP:name@remotesite.com, Parameters: windowStart = 26/12/2010 12:00:00 AM, windowEnd = 06/02/2011 12:00:00 AM, MergedFBInterval = 30, RequestedView = MergedOnly .. Make sure that Active Directory site/forest containing the user mailbox has at least one local Exchange 2007 server running Exchange Availability service. Turn up logging for MSExchange Availability service and test basic network connectivity Also event id 4001 is below Process 1836[w3wp.exe:/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/EWS-1-129279189421166921]: Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.ProxyWebRequestWithAutoDiscover failed. Exception returned is Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.AutoDiscoverFailedException: A cross-forest Availability service that can fill request for mailbox <user>SMTP:user@remotesite could not be found.. This event may occur when Availability Service cannot discover an Availability Service in the remote forest.

Hi, What's the version of the Exchange server for the two forests? Did you configure correct settings for the cross-forest free/busy? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125182(EXCHG.80).aspx Thanks Allen Allen Song
